Terms of Service
1. The service
Uteke Cloud is a managed version of the open-source Uteke agent-memory server, operated by CodeCora Dev (“we”, “us”). During the beta period the service is provided free of charge and “as is”: availability, quotas, and features may change without notice, and we do not promise any service-level agreement while the service is in beta.
2. Your account and keys
Access to the API is provided through API keys attached to your account. Keys are shown once at creation — you are responsible for storing them safely and for all activity performed with them. You can revoke keys at any time from the keys portal; revocation takes effect immediately.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to store or process content that is unlawful, or that infringes others’ rights.
- Do not attempt to access other users’ data, bypass quotas or authentication, or burden the service with automated abuse.
- Do not resell or republish the service as your own managed offering without a separate agreement.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules. Where practical, we will tell you first.
4. Your data
Your memories stay yours. You can export the full contents of your workspace at any time via the API, in the documented NDJSON format. We do not use your memory content to train models or market to you. See the Privacy Policy for what we store and how it is handled.
5. Beta changes and paid plans
During beta we may change or discontinue features and adjust quotas. If paid plans are introduced later, they will be optional: you will be able to keep using the service within the then-current free limits, or export your data and leave. Price changes will never be applied retroactively to active subscriptions.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeCora Dev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss beyond what remains recoverable from your own exports. Given the beta status, do not store the only copy of irreplaceable data on the service — keep your own backups via export.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time; exporting your data first is recommended and always available. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms. In either case, the export path stays available for a reasonable grace period.
