Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Account data — the email address you sign up with, and the API keys you create (only a prefix is stored in a form that can identify your key).
- Your memory content — whatever you store through the API (memories, tags, metadata). This is the service’s purpose: it is stored to serve it back to you and your agents, not profiled for advertising.
- Usage metering — per-workspace counters (writes, reads, searches, storage) used to enforce quotas.
- Waitlist email — if you join the waitlist, your email is stored with our newsletter provider (Listmonk, self-hosted by us) solely to contact you about the product.
- Anonymous analytics — the marketing site uses Umami, a cookieless, privacy-focused analytics tool. No cross-site tracking, no ad profiles.
Where your data lives
All service data is hosted in a single EU-region deployment. The marketing/waitlist infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages, our self-hosted Listmonk) may process data elsewhere in transit; memory content lives only in the EU deployment.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use your memory content to train machine-learning models.
- We do not read your memory content except to operate, secure, or debug the service at your request.
Third parties
- Cloudflare — static hosting for the marketing site and docs.
- Listmonk (self-hosted) — waitlist and product emails.
- Umami (self-hosted) — anonymous site analytics.
- Polar — payment processing if/when paid plans launch. Payment details go to Polar; we never store card numbers.
Export and deletion
You can export your entire workspace at any time via the API (NDJSON format, documented on the import/export page). To delete your account and its data, contact [email protected] — deletion removes memory content, API keys, and metering records associated with your account.
Security
API keys are stored only as salted, keyed hashes and are shown once at creation. Workspace data is isolated per account at the database level (row-level security). Transport is encrypted end-to-end with TLS.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will note the change date above and, for waitlist or account holders, notify by email before the change takes effect.
